The Company:

Their mission: Destigmatize access to financial help in the workplace by providing no-cost rainy day funds, on-demand financial therapy, and education for working North Americans.

The Day-to-Day:

Make outbound calls and send emails to large enterprise companies. Qualify leads and move prospects through the company’s pipeline. Schedule appointments between prospects and Account Executives.

The Need:

One year as an SDR/BDR in a SaaS, Tech or Software startup learning how to use Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Zoom info and other prospecting tools; One year of outbound prospecting experience for a SaaS-based company; Somebody who is empathetic, ambitious, and has a growth mindset; Somebody who is comfortable in a collaborative culture, who can both give and receive feedback; Inclusive, humble, compassionate, honest, and disciplined.

The Good Stuff:

BASE SALARY: $55,000; BONUS: $500 / SQL (Target is 15 meetings / Quarter = $7500/Quarter); On Target Earnings: $85,000; Coaching + Benefits + Career Growth; Unlimited PTO; Great & transparent company culture; Remote Work Environment; Growth Opportunities in an early-stage startup; Comprehensive Sales and Systems Training, Coaching and On-boarding.
