The Company:

Our client is an exciting Canadian retailer with multiple brands covering coast-to-coast. With thousands of employees nation-wide, this privately-held retail group is in an enviable category of goods and poised for long-term growth! These retailers cater to an upmarket and enthusiastic crowd of clientele and they are merging some of their systems and processes to become a powerhouse in the Canadian retail landscape, while dominating the market and expanding beyond their current bricks and mortar footprint. With strong e-Commerce performance, they are seeking to expand their head count!

The Day-to-Day:

Creating the user documentation that will be housed in a shared system; Working with the QA team ensuring alignment with the new process and UAT testing; Interact with other teams including the SMEs and Project Catalyst team; Calculate the ROI and assist in determining specific metrics / PRO/CON analysis; Provide recommendations with courage and facts to move the project forward.

The Need:

Ability to understand and document the future processes and requirements; Ability to determine the gaps and the changes required in the processes, mindset and behaviours; Ability to help calculate ROI for some of the changes; Be highly analytical and evaluate consequential analysis quickly; 5 years of experience in business process mapping and business requirements analysis; D365 is ideal, but not a must; ERP project experience would be VERY helpful; Retail background would be VERY helpful.

The Good Stuff:

$90/hour - $100/hour; contract-based.

The Process:

Screening with hirequity; screening with the internal recruiter; hiring manager interview + role play; meeting with the COO to discuss the amazing culture and vision this exciting company has for the market.
