Account Executive
The Company:
Our client is currently seeking a Motivated, Dynamic, and Established Transportation Brokerage Sales Professionals to join them in their new Quebec Offices.
The Day-to-Day:
Responsibilities Will Include
The Need:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (both verbal and written)
• Proven experience in freight brokerage sales, with a desire to grow professionally
• Ability to bring on, close and deliver new business
• Out-going, “Hunter” personality
• Energetic. Hard Working. Entrepreneurial. Accountable and Pro-Active.
• Organized, detail-oriented – excellent follow-up skills are essential
• Team Player
• MINIMUM three years current applicable work experience (3PL industry required)
The Good Stuff:
BASE SALARY: $45,000 - $80,000 (depending on years of experience).
On-Target-Earnings: $70,000 - $100,000 (uncapped)
